Why we exist

Host-Crunch is a Palette company — a cybersecurity firm that does compliance and security architecture work for businesses. We kept meeting the same problem: small sites hosted on platforms where security is an add-on, a checkbox, or a premium tier.

So we run hosting to the standard we hold clients to: a ModSecurity web application firewall included on every account, daily backups you can restore yourself, storage that checksums itself — and no "security essentials" upsell, because those things are essentials.

The stack is straightforward: NVMe servers with ZFS storage and five data centre locations on three continents, operated with our infrastructure partner, with a control panel ordinary people can actually use. Support runs 24/7, typically answering within 10–30 minutes and, as a rule, within the hour.
