Terms, policies and who provides the service

The agreements covering your hosting, and the company operating the platform.

Service provider

Who you are dealing with

Host-Crunch is a division of Palette Technologies LLC. Your account is with us — we set the prices, take the payment and answer for the service. The data centres and platform it runs on are operated by our infrastructure partner below, whose terms apply to your service alongside our own.

Billing is ours alone. Every invoice, payment, renewal and refund on your account is handled by Host-Crunch — send anything to do with money to support@host-crunch.com. The contacts below are for abuse reports and complaints about the platform itself.

On your statement. Palette Technologies LLC is the legal entity that takes the payment, so card and bank statements show PALETTE TECHNOLOGIES rather than Host-Crunch. If you are checking a charge against your records, that is the name to look for.

Billing, invoices and refunds

Host-Crunch is the merchant of record for your account. We set the price, take the payment, issue the invoice and handle every renewal and refund ourselves. Anything to do with money on your account — a charge you do not recognise, an invoice you need, a renewal, a cancellation, a refund — comes to support@host-crunch.com, and we answer for it.

The policies above are published by the company operating the platform and govern the hosting service itself. Where they refer to that company’s own billing contacts, payment pages or refund process, those apply to accounts it bills directly — not to a Host-Crunch account. On billing, this page governs: your agreement on price, payment and refunds is with Host-Crunch, a division of Palette Technologies LLC. Because Palette Technologies LLC is the legal entity that takes the payment, charges appear on your card or bank statement as PALETTE TECHNOLOGIES rather than as Host-Crunch.

Site security

Our order form is protected from automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs invisibly — there is nothing to click and no puzzle to solve — and Cloudflare processes limited technical information about your browser and connection to tell a person from a script. Cloudflare states that the purpose of collecting those signals is not to identify, profile or target anyone, but solely to detect and block bots. Their Turnstile Privacy Addendum sets out what they collect and why.

This section covers Host-Crunch’s own website. The policies above govern the hosting service itself and are published by the platform provider.
